mymuesli is the first company in the world that allows customers to mix their own individual organic muesli from over 80 ingredients online. Our muesli is certified 100% organic and without additives. These 80 ingredients allow customers to mix an astonishing 566 quadrillion possible muesli combinations. 

The startup went online in April 2007 out of a small student flat in Bavaria, Germany, and has grown rapidly since then. Mymuesli is currently available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the UK and Sweden. Over the years, we have received several innovation and startup prizes. The core of our operations and ongoing success is our young team with a great team spirit that passionately works towards our goal to make the the world´s best muesli! In order to further penetrate the Dutch market, we are looking for someone who supports our aim, preparation, and execution of a strategic project plan for the market entry of mymuesli. Working closely with our offices in Berlin and Passau, you will be the speerhead of our Dutch expansion, planning and executing a wide range of projects directly in the Netherlands. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • # You will identify, set up, coordinate and analyze potential marketing cooperations. 

  • # You will support us in the development of marketing and sales campaigns, e.g. e-mail marketing, search engine advertising, PR, cooperations etc. 

  • # You will contribute to the management of our social media channels, including our muesli blog.

  • # You will coordinate and support our local PR agency.

  • # You will be responsible for opening and running muesli store(s) and instructing, training, and educating sales people.

  • # You will build your own team by efficiently using and valuing abilities, expertise, and competencies of your employees and involving them in processes and tasks, encouraging them to most efficiently use their abilities. 

  • # You will identify and acquire relevant B2B customers, develop, offer and manage proposals.

  • # You will account for our customer service throughout all channels (B2B, retail) and reply to all inquiries at short notice.

  • # You will proactively participate in market relevant events.

  • # You will administer self-responsibly an own budget for local initiatives.

  • # You will convey company goals, values, vision, and strategy to your team.



WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

# You own a university degree.

# You not only have relevant job experience, but also experience in managing (international) teams.

# You have outstanding written communication skills and strong team managing skills.

# You have a curious, enthusiastic mind-set and you have a positive attitude towards new challenges and a hands-on mentality.

# You are a professional in structured and strategic problem solving.

# You have a good knowledge in English.

Of course endless muesli! Other than that, we are a highly motivated team with a flat hierarchy and a deep passion for organic muesli. We don't have long decision-making processes.
