mymuesli is the first mymuesli is the first company in the world that allows customers to mix their own individual organic muesli from over 80 ingredients online. Our muesli is certified 100% organic and without additives. These 80 ingredients allow customers to mix an astonishing 566 quadrillion possible muesli combinations.
The startup went online in April 2007 out of a small student flat in Bavaria, Germany, and has grown rapidly since then. Mymuesli is currently available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the UK and Sweden. Over the years, we have received several innovation and startup prizes. The core of our operations and ongoing success is our young team with a great team spirit that passionately works towards our goal to make the the world´s best muesli! In order to drive our internationalization into the Dutch market, we are looking for someone who supports and coordinates our on- and offline activities. You will plan and execute a wide range of projects out of our beautiful office in Berlin Kreuzberg.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
# Maintenance and improvement of the Dutch website and web shop (incl. translation, adaptation of designs and service providers and content).
# Planning and coordination of all marketing activities - online and offline - including the customer service.
# The content marketing and social media marketing.
# Research and development, coordination and execution:
• of suitable cooperation (marketing) partners and appropriate events / trade shows;
• of typical market delivery and payment methods;
• a roadmap for production and supply chain and logistics;
• a PR strategy, possibly incl. identification of agencies, briefing and support of these;
• an HR strategy (incl. university relations and recruitment-related events);
• a sales strategy;
• support of the local team in all manners.
# Ongoing analysis and monitoring of all activities in the target market and the competition.
# Support the hiring of the Dutch team onsite and in Berlin.
# Control and monitoring of all activities and adjustment of the plans in our our management system OKR.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
# You own a university degree.
# You do not only have relevant job experience, but also experience in managing (international) teams.
# You have outstanding written communication skills and strong analytical skills.
# You have a curious, enthusiastic mind-set and you have a positive attitude towards new challenges and a hands-on mentality.
# You are a professional in structured and strategic problem solving.
# You have a good knowledge in Dutch and English.
